U-Bolt Adaptor DUB 80/100
Fixing adaptor for U-Bolt Clamps to ATL profiles.
• Align the DUB U-Bolt Clamp Adapter with the slot hole and the ATL profile hole.
• Secure the aligned adapter with the Self-forming MD bolt.
• Secure to the profile with the self-forming MD bolt. Tightening and threading with the bolt should be finished after the flange touches the sheet metal.
• Fix the U-bolt to the ATL profile with the nut according to the size M on the DUB U-bolt clamp adapter.
• Material : Steel S235JR (material no.1.0038) acc. to DIN EN 10025-2
• Galvanisation : Hot-dip galvanised, min. 55 μm,acc. to DIN EN ISO 1461
