- Adjustable fittings are used in profile constructions with a design that enables installation at various angles to support the structure.
- Depending on the profile type, secure the DJ1 or DJ2 Adjustable Fitting inside the ATL profile and align the holes.
- Adjust the angle of the Adjustable Fitting.
- Fasten it to the profile/profiles using a self-forming MD bolt. Bolt tightening and thread-forming operations must be completed once the flange plate comes into contact with the steel sheet.
- Use anchors for wall mounting.
- Material: Steel S235JR (material no. 1.0038) according to DIN EN 10025-2
- Bolt: Steel, property class 8.8
- Coating: Hot-dip galvanized, min. 75μm, according to DIN EN ISO 1461
