Adhesive High-Temperature-Resistant Adhesive and Filler Material
A ready-to-use adhesive and filler with fast bonding strength, capable of withstanding temperatures above 1,200°C, used for bonding and sealing hot surfaces.
FR Adhesive contains a water-based inorganic polymer and filler and is designed to withstand temperatures above 1,200°C. It is supplied as a ready-to-use thixotropic paste with excellent and fast bonding strength.
Once cured, the product forms a cement that provides excellent adhesion with a permanent bond.
It is suitable for most surfaces, including stone, brick, concrete, cement, plaster, wood, metals, mineral wool, glass, paper, vitreous and ceramic surfaces, and all inorganic materials. Adhesion must be tested on plastic and painted surfaces.
CERTIFICATIONS:

- Ideal for bonding mineral boards to steel, wood and concrete, adding an extra layer of protection against heat transfer.
- Ideal for sealing joints in stoves, chimneys, barbecues and central-heating boilers.
- Ideal for sealing circular gaps around pipes with high surface temperatures.
- Suitable for use on chimney surfaces, concrete plants and hot areas of all production facilities.
- Ideal for sealing and repairing small cracks and holes in car exhaust systems, preventing noise and gas emission leaks. Bonds instantly without additional support, when applied correctly.
- Provides high bonding strength once cured.
- Ready to use and easy to apply.
- Sets quickly. It cures hard in air, especially when heated. Initial setting takes approximately 1 hour, good adhesion is achieved in 4 hours and full curing takes 48 hours.
- Resistant to sagging.
- Resistant to impact and vibration during service.
- No primer is required for application to most materials.
- Odourless and VOC-free.
- Alkaline; it does not attack acid-sensitive surfaces.
- Has a 12-month shelf life when stored under suitable conditions.
- Has a 30-year service life under suitable conditions.
